TRUE STORIES 81-90

Story 81 - We Married Just One Week After We Met Physically
Our story is the true example of the love that started by the Internet. It has been five years that our history began with our first e-mail. Jérôme lived in Andressy (west suburb of Paris) and I lived in my country Indonesia, Bandung. (story with photo)

Story 82 - Practice Date
One of my favorite things about him is his ready smile. My first conversation with him went like this: he popped up on my IM screen and asked if I wanted to talk. And he smiled. A colon and half a parentheses. Reading his profile, I found I was safe.

Story 83 - I Knew Very Quickly That He Was the One
I met the man of my dreams, Scott, on an instant messenger screen. He popped in one night looking for conversation, and a wonderful friendship began developing. Before we knew what happened, we were in love and wanting to meet to see if these newfound feelings were in fact real. We had many, many things in common, from small trivial things, to thinking and saying the same things at the same time, to what we wanted out of life and love, we have both been married twice, and a week ago, we finally did get to meet.

Story 84 - Strange Feelings for a Stranger
I live in Denmark and chat on Yahoo. My English is not perfect but I still prefer writing in English when I chat. I am 44 years old and have always been a girl with both feet on the ground. If anyone has told me just half a year ago that you could have feelings for a person you only talk to on the internet I would have laughed and thought he/she was crazy. Now I know better.

Story 85 - Online Love Does Exist!
I know how many people do not believe in internet romances. Its true, I've heard some horror stories in my time but it has never put me off those genuine guys out there. I can honestly swear that I have never felt so in love with anyone as I have with Ricardo over the net.

Story 86 - I Found Mr. Right
Our story started 14 months ago, I was sitting infront of my computer here in England clicking ignore and clicking ignore from so many perverted guys on ICQ it was crazy!  They all asked the same thing, "Do you have a web cam?" or "What are you wearing?".  I was getting really bored with it so decided to sign off, just as I was about to click to close I got a message saying "Hi Kirsty, how are you?" I thought okay, he's different!

Story 87 - No More LD Relationships (?)
I wanted to share our story with anyone who cares to read it, I hope that it brings hope to those who are going through the same thing. Three years ago, I met Joe, he responded to my poetry page and said he liked my poetry. I'm from New Orleans and I had just broken up with a man from London who shattered my heart with lies. I had said no more LD relationships for me - no way!

Story 88 - Love Has No Distance
Our story is different. Dale is from the US and I am from Hong Kong. Dale and I met on ICQ and over time, we fell in love with each other. Sounds pretty wild huh? But the story ending will probably even surprise you more.

Story 89 - An Asian Story
That was just one afternoon when I come to an msn chat room, just to pass time. I was not looking for a boyfriend, more not a cyber boyfriend. It was February 13. I started to chat on November so I was kinda getting bored of it. So I chat, chat, chat even without sense. Then one guy come to me for a private chat, he added me on his friends list. He is from Sri Lanka and I’m from Philippines.

Story 90 - The Story of Bear and Bunny
This is an unusual story of a girl and a boy who met over the internet and fell in love. Not so unusual, you can say, that happens all the time. Well, not to a woman who was once anti-American and not to a man whose first impression of this girl was, well, goofy.
